Champion Juicer reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

Shipping:

All parts and accessories are shipped via USPS within the 48 contiguous states.  Shipping is INCLUDED in the parts price. No tracking numbers are available for these shipments. WE ARE UNABLE TO SHIP TO ANY APO/FPO Address (Military, Airforce, Naval, Etc).

RETURNS/REFUNDS:
NO REFUNDS AFTER 30 DAYS. REFUNDS SUBJECT TO 15% RESTOCKING FEE. SHIPPING AND HANDLING IS INCLUDED IN PRICE AND IS NON-REFUNDABLE.  NO EXCEPTIONS ALLOWED.

Payment:
Visa or Master Card.

Delivery:
We ship most orders within 72 hours, and we will notify you promptly of any backorders.

Refused Packages:
Any package refused by customer will result in additional shipping fees to cover the cost of the return of package.

Wrong Address:
Customers who provide an incorrect shipping address will be responsible for additional fees to reship the package.

Lost Packages:
In the event the package is lost we will initiate and investigation with the delivery carrier. Investigations can take up to 10-20 business days through the carrier. At the end of the investigation period we will either replace or refund the order if loss was due to the carrier.

Any order over $100.00 will require a signature upon delivery.
