Carrot Lemonade Quencher Juice

This recipe is a great summer breakfast pick.  Lemons mix with carrots and coconut water to cleanse, refresh and give you a great morning start!

INGREDIENTS:
1. 6 carrots
2. 1 lemon, peel on
3. 1/2 cup coconut water
4. Ice

DIRECTIONS:
1. Cut the lemon in half.
2. Juice the carrots with the lemon.
3. Gently mix with the coconut water.
4. Serve immediately over ice, if desired.
