Apple Cinnamon Juice

This refreshing juice will help keep sweet cravings at bay and can easily be made into a smoothie by adding a banana. I like using gala or cameo apple varieties but any type will make a delicious juice.

INGREDIENTS:
1. 4 apples (any variety)
2. 2 celery stalks
3. 1 cucumber
4. pinch of cinnamon

DIRECTIONS:
1. Core the apples. Cut the cucumber into spears.
2. Juice the apples, celery and cucumber together.
3. Add a pinch of cinnamon and stir to combine. Serve Immediately.

Optional: If you want to make it into a thick smoothie, add the juice to a blender with one banana. Blend until smooth and drink immediately.
