2 Ripe Avocados
2 Jalapenos Peppers
1/5 of a medium Purple Onion
Juice of 1 Lime
(keep at room temperature before juicing to get more juice)
2 to Garlic Cloves
1/2 teaspoon of Cumin
Cilantro for garnish

1. Wash veggies
2. Peel garlic
3. Peel avocados and remove from seed.
4. Cut 1/5 of purple onion into 3 sections
5. Reomove seeds from jalapeno and cut into 3 sections
6. Place avocados, jalapeno peppers and purple onion in bowl and add cumin to taste.
7. Juice limes
8. Add the lime juice to the bowl of ingredients. Then, feed all ingredients into the Champion Juicer using the blank in place of the screen (or the Champion Juicer homogenizing body)
9. Garnish with Cilantro
