It’s gingerbread cookie season!

Here’s a snappy version of your favorite holiday cookie

INGREDIENTS:
1-inch knob fresh ginger, peeled if desired
2 apples
1 to 2 tablespoons molasses
A pinch of cinnamon, nutmeg

DIRECTIONS:
1. Juice ginger and apples.
2. Mix in molasses and spices to taste.
3. May be served over ice.
4. If you’re feeling really indulgent top with a dollop of whipped cream!
