pitted dates or figs
1/2 cup
nuts or almonds
sugar to
sweeten
Homogenize all ingredients
in order given. Stir and eat as is or use as a breakfast cereal with
milk. The fruits may be varied, but always use 1 orange to avoid quick
oxidation.
