CARROT LEMONADE QUENCHER
This recipe is a great summer breakfast pick. Lemons mix with carrots and coconut water to cleanse, refresh and give you a great morning start!
1 lemon, peel on
1/2 cup coconut water
Cut the lemon in half. Juice the carrots with the lemon. Gently mix with the coconut water. Serve immediately over ice, if desired.
